Service Support Coordinator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading and trusted brand within EV based on the outskirts of High Wycombe who require cover for maternity leave starting asap.

As the Service Support Coordinator you will play a pivotal role within the team, supporting both internal and external parties to help achieve key sales targets with duties ranging from being first point of contact for queries through to booking engineer visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage customer experience from point of sale to ongoing relationships.
  • Act as first point of contact for the department; handle inbound customer calls and emails including tracking deliveries, processing orders and technical troubleshooting.
  • Monitor supplier accounts by managing the end-to-end process.
  • Keep detailed records of sales made and progression to fulfilment using the internal CRM (HubSpot)
  • Be the first point of contact on the phones and mailbox, ensuring that all relevant emails/queries are responded to within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Assisting customers in the use of cloud-based support and administration systems

This is an office-based role with work from home one day a week after probation. Due to location in the High Wycombe area access to a car is preferable (free parking on-site)

As a maternity contract this role will initially be for 9-12 months.
