About the Impact Academy
The Impact Academy is a well-crafted programme designed to equip you with the skills necessary to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. Over a 9-12 month period, you'll support a dedicated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Birmingham.
Your Responsibilities
In your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
- Boost candidate placements through strategic collaboration with our sales teams.
- Achieve weekly targets and KPIs set with your manager.
- Earn commission throughout your journey.
Support and Mentorship
You'll receive continuous support from your team manager, Academy lead, and in-team mentor. Benefit from the guidance of some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the Education sector as you develop professionally.
Graduation and Beyond
After completing your first year, you'll transition to a designated Sales Desk. We don't subscribe to a 'sink-or-swim' approach. Instead, you'll receive advanced training in:
