I'm looking for a Performance & Assurance Lead to join a Housing Association based in Gloucester to join their team. This role is offering a great package and is hybrid working.
Job Title: Performance & Assurance Lead
Salary: £22 - £24 p/h
Location: Gloucester
Performances & Assurance Lead responsibilities:
- Data protection
- Oversight of key performance indicators and ensuring they are effectively managed
- Management of internal audit
- Tracking and understanding assurance
- Lead work on insurance
Performance & Assurance Lead requirements:
- Social Housing Regulation and compliance knowledge or similar regulated environment
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of insurance cover, claims and renewal polices
- Manging data/performance
- Understanding good practice in relation to Data Protection
