Are you a Production Manager with a background in manufacturing or similar looking to join an exciting new co-packing company that is part of a wider group looking to double in size every three years in a role that offers progression and a great work-life balance?
On offer is the exciting opportunity to be a part of an up-and-coming nutraceutical co-packaging company that have been established as part of wider group to continue the steady growth of the enterprise and branch out into packaging solutions. This company is looking to expand and have created this role so that the successful candidate can influence the future of their brand.
This varied role will see you responsible for supervising a small team and leading production; liaising with the warehouse, clients and suppliers; training employees and ensuring Health and Safety regulations are met. This is a Monday-Friday role working 8-hour shifts with an early finish on Friday.
This role is suited to a Production Manager with a background in manufacturing who is looking to progress and have a great work-life balance.
