Job Title: Employment Law Associate/ Senior Associate
Location: Worcester (Flexible working - 3 days in the office)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000+ (plus bonuses)

Role Overview:
As an Employment Law Solicitor, you will advise on a wide range of employment law matters, offering expert guidance to employers on critical issues, including but not limited to:
Restrictive covenant disputes
Employment Tribunal litigation
Day-to-day workplace issues for employers
Settlement agreements (advising and drafting)
Corporate support and employee handbooks
Data protection issues in the workplace
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced team, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of the department. You will also be actively involved in business development and building long-term relationships with clients.
