Reed have worked in the community for 20+ years, supporting adults, children, young people and families which enables people to live as independently as possible in their own homes whilst accessing the local community.
We are currently looking for Support / Care Workers to work in the Leeds area on a regular working basis.

The duties will involve:
- Supporting the customer in the community with activities
- Completing all necessary paperwork required for the support plan
- Building a professional rapport whilst respecting the confidentiality of the client
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, parents and professionals
Requirements:
- We are looking for Support Workers with a genuine passion for care, with a mature attitude, flexible and can work alone
- A minimum of 12 months experience within a healthcare environment, preferably supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, complex or mental health needs
- The ability to be patient and calm under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential
