Neighbourhood Manager
Contract Duration: 5-6 weeks (Temporary)
Location: Greenwich, London -
Working Scheme:2 days in the office based in SE28 / 3 days at home or on site visits
Pay Rate: £21.33 PAYE or £26.51 Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time (9am – 5pm) with some flexibility required.
Peabody are seeking a Neighbourhood Manager to oversee approximately 700 properties within the Greenwich area. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in handling tenant enquiries, conducting block inspections, and performing Health and Safety Inspections. The successful candidate will also manage change of tenancies and address general housing management enquiries.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Respond to tenant enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of blocks to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Carry out Health and Safety Inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the process of change of tenancies, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.
- Address general housing management enquiries and provide solutions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within housing management.
- Ability to handle a wide range of housing-related enquiries.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be a driver with own car, unless local to the Greenwich area.
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Teams for interview purposes.
