Robertson Bell are recruiting a Client Finance Manager on behalf of a large property management organisation based in Birmingham, on a six month contract.
The Client Finance Manager will be responsible for;
- Supporting a portfolio of clients with all aspects of their property fianancial management and services.
- Preparing and delivering monthly presentations to stakeholders within clients.
- Undertaking a number of improvement projects including cash flow, forecasting and debt management.
- Reporting internally on client finances and customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid role with one day per week required in a highly accessible and modern office location.
The Client Finance Manager will need;
- Recent experience working in one of the following; client finance in property management, financial management in property management or financial managment/property finance in the public sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- A keen eye for detail and sound analytical abilities.
