R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Global Account Executive Director to join abrilliant organisation. You will be responsible for working with senior team members across the business, developing and implementing global client growth strategy, as well as overseeing business and wider team targets and objectives.
This is a full time, permanent role working on a flexible hybrid basis (this can be flexible on location), and is offering a competitive salary based on experience.
The day to day
- Developing and implementing global business strategy, with the aim to enhance client account growth and retention across the board.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts, conducting reviews and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Managing forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Overseeing business and team performance targets and identifying areas for training where needed.
You will have/be
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally holding a Dip CII or ACII Qualification.
- Proven experience in client management within multi-National companies, and building and maintaining strong strategic working relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to present to various companies.
- Natural problem solver and strategic approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
