Your new company
You'll be joining a well-established and long-standing client of Hays in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. There will be hybrid working elements so requirement for candidates to be local or nearby to Edinburgh.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:

  • Running and managing daily & weekly installation processes, problem solving data errors as you go
  • Liaise with stake holders and crosscheck data on the two systems, configuring data between the two
  • Analyse, monitor and manage ongoing system services including back-office customer computer systems
  • Analyse and monitor installed devices for correct operation, liaising with customers and field staff as required
  • Occasional on-site support of technical or customer facing teams

What you'll need to succeed
Must have:

  • Experience in process administration
  • Ability to analyse data and identify & correct errors
  • Familiar with spreadsheets and spreadsheet formulas for data analysis (Excel), competency with computer servers and SQL databases
