Job title: Project Manager
Location: Dundee (Onsite)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
Are you someone with a high attention to detail? Do you consider yourself to be an effective communicator who can work at an efficient pace? If so, we are currently looking for an organised individual to join the cardiometabolic division of a global medical device company as a Project manager responsible for sitewide project delivery. You will be expected to take ownership of a variety of projects from product development to building expansion and Quality and Compliance projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Effective planning, timeline mapping and management of the critical path
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan
- Take action to resolve operational problems and minimise delays.
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Communicate consistently with various departments ensuring all required information and documentation is obtained.
- Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project
- Actively upkeep best practices to balance cost, quality and time
- Set priorities, allocate tasks and coordinate project team members to meet project targets and milestones
- Carry out other duties as and when requested by Line and or Department Manager
Person Specification:
- Relevant degree or experience
- Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince2, PMP or APM
- Strong organisation with ability to prioritise workload.
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written.
- Time management.
- Ability to navigate Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and execute document control procedures
- Understanding of Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) and Change Control principles
