A vibrant and thriving primary school is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and innovative KS1 Classroom Teacher to join our permanent staff from September 2024. **Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
- Assess and record children's progress, preparing them for the transition to Key Stage 2.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes respect and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and a cohesive curriculum.
- Engage with parents and guardians to support pupil progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events and activities beyond the classroom.
**Requirements for the Role
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching at KS1 or a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
- A passion for teaching and commitment to enhancing educational practice.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Experience in and enthusiasm for using technology to enhance learning.
