- Balance Sheet Mastery: Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations across all accounts, maintaining the integrity of financial statements.
- Cash Flow Expertise: Oversee cash flow forecasting, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making.
- Mentorship and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Audit Excellence: Assist with audit processes, contributing to seamless and successful audit outcomes.
- VAT and Compliance: Handle VAT returns and related compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulations.
**Requirements:
- Experience: Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role, with a strong preference for practical experience over formal qualifications.
- Technical Skills: Solid foundation in financial management, accounting principles, and relevant software.
