Finance Administrator

Your new company
A manufacturing company based in Richmond is looking for a full-time permanent Finance Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent role for a strong administrator who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge further within finance.

Your new role
Below is a list of day-to-day responsibilities as a Finance Administrator -

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Matching to PO's
  • Managing the AP inbox
  • Handling supplier enquiries
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Supporting other members of the finance team when required
  • Liaise with operational team, site managers and suppliers

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong administration skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Vlook ups and Pivot tables). You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to organise your workload effectively. Previous fiancé experience is a bonus.

What you'll get in return
This role is a permanent opportunity, paying up to £30,000 per annum. You will work Monday - Friday 36.5 hours per week and can choose from 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm. This role is fully office based with 25 days plus 8 days bank holiday. Other benefits include private healthcare, a 5% contribution pension, study support and a staff discount card.
