This is a fantastic Trainee role for an enthusiastic and dedicated Legal Secretary to work within this highly regarded and successful team!
You day to day duties will encompass working with a variety of departments:
- Supporting Supervisors and other Fee Earners with general administration.
- Drafting and preparing accurate correspondence and documentation.
- Dealing with client enquiries both over the phone and email.
- Opening and Closing of files.
- Scanning and archiving of files.
- Audio Dictation.
Please note that this role involves travelling between the firms two offices in Tonbridge and Sevenoaks.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong customer service focus.
- Highly attentive to detail and well organised.
- Adept at multitasking and handling changing priorities.
- Good IT skills.
- Secretarial Diploma, or similar certification will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in the legal sector will also be desirable.
