Technical Support Engineer (Manufacturing/Mechanical)

In this role you will be working in a varied position where you will be working with a worldwide customer base where you will be receiving queries from customers and then liaising with the manufacturing team to correct errors in manufacturing and helping with product development. This role will be working on a number of electrically focused projects but no electrical experience is required as this can be taught but a solid engineering background, ideally within manufacturing, is required.
This role will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday and allows hybrid working but a minimum requirement of 3 days a week on site will be required.
The Role:
- Working with a global customer base to resolve ongoing technical queries
- Liaising with the manufacturing team to resolve manufacturing defects and faults
- Long term 12 month contract working on exciting and innovative projects
The Person:
- Previous experience working with NPI projects and product development
- Come from a manufacturing background with mechanical engineering knowledge
- Looking for a long term 12 month contract working with a market leading company
