Head of Commercial | Based From Home With Regular Travel | Ethical Multi-Channel Retailer | Up to £80k Basic
Zachary Daniels Recruitment are proud to be partnered with this incredible multi-channel retailer on the position of a Head of Commercial. This role is simply designed to work in partnership with the leadership team to deploy a commercial plan that drives revenue and profit.
Day to day in the position of Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a high performing team across Ecommerce, Logistics, Product and Sustainability
- Ensuring sustainable growth and profitability through a clear commercial strategy, ensuring collaboration and accountability
- Playing an integral role in developing and executing the retail and trade strategic plan
- Overseeing the commercial budget process with full P&L responsibility
- Deliver rigorous and effective compliance, risk management, safeguarding and quality standards across Commercial Businesses.
- Develop a culture of empowerment accountability and success across the team, role-modelling collaborative leadership across the Commercial teams in order to achieve objectives
To be considered for the position of Head of Commercial, you will offer the follow:
A minimum of five years operating in a senior commercial role within retail with a track record of driving growth and protecting profit
Strong leadership skills - coach, lead and inspire a high performing team by providing clear objectives, autonomy to execute and regular feedback.
Comfortable managing your own P&L
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations
Exposure to working across multiple disciplines within a retail structure
