Crem Recruitment are recruiting for HGV 7.5T Drivers to join them on a Fixed-Term Contract. Our client is a well-established name within the carpentry Industry and offers excellent training and career progression. This role is based in Haverhill.
Duties will include:
- Driving 7.5T lorry
- Delivering products as per customer orders
- Loading and unloading lorry
- Driving to delivery schedule, reporting into office with any delays
Skills and Experience required:
- Clean driving licence with 7.5T
- CPC card and Tacho card
- 2 years driving experience
- Able to manage own driver and working hours
- Must be able to do manual handling to load and unload
Benefits:
- £12.36 per hour (£12.95 per hour after 3 months)
- Full time - Monday to Friday - 4am start, finish depending on end of route - Around 10-hour days
- Overtime paid at time and a half per hour after 40 hours (Lots of overtime offered)
- Fixed-Term Contract with permanent contract offer, after 3 months
- Immediate start
