Payroll Manager (UK&I)

JGA are partnered with a leading brand seeking a UK&I Payroll Manager to lead their team of high-volume payroll processors.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating the payroll team.
- Reviewing processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Handling complex payroll requirements.
- Using in-depth knowledge of payroll system to make changes.
- Overseeing statutory returns.
- Curating strong relationships with third-party providers.
Skills required:
- High-volume payroll (3000+) experience.
- Able to manage a team of 5+.
- UK & ROI experience desirable.
- Strong track record of payroll management in a busy department.
