Elevation Accountancy and Finance are thrilled to be working exclusively with a manufacturing business in the Worksop area to recruit a Finance Analyst. This role will involve providing analysis and insights to support stakeholders, aiding decision-making with budgeting and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including weekly flash reports, weekly profit and loss statements, and month-end close
- Report and communicate key performance indicators
- Ensure accurate input into costings within agreed timescales
- Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders
- Support budget and quarterly forecasts, understanding key drivers to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare and monitor monthly reports, resolving queries in a timely and effective manner
- Validate and monitor excellence initiatives for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to aid interpretation and decision-making
The Ideal Candidate:
- QBE or studying towards a qualification, ideally ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels of the business
- Proactive, organised, and able to work flexibly to meet deadlines with a drive to deliver results
