Mtrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Senior Export Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you feel you have the required skills and experience then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
- Coordinating export schedules with internal departments.
- Managing international shipping, freight bookings, and documentation.
- Processing orders and invoices using internal systems and SAGE200.
- Overseeing order loading and logistics tracking.
- Ensuring accurate document delivery in line with payment terms.
- Supporting quality assurance and trade event logistics.
About You;
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
- Supervisory experience would be an immediate advantage
- Strong organisation and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE200 ideal).
- Awareness of cultural sensitivities in international trade.
- Previous experience in export, shipping, or logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of export compliance and documentation.
