Are you a highly motivated L&D professional looking to make your mark?

Our client, a leading brand n Carlisle, is searching for a Training Manager to spearhead their learning and development strategy. Reporting to the forward-thinking HR Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving a culture shift through impactful training initiatives.

In this key role, you'll conduct a critical analysis of the current training function, delving deep to understand the business and the current training department focus. Armed with these insights, you'll design and implement transformative changes to align L&D with the company's talent strategy.

The HR Director has ambitious plans, and we need an enthusiastic go-getter to work closely with the HR team to bring them to life! You'll manage a team of experienced well established trainers and work as a team to build collaborative relationships with line managers across the business.

Using your expertise in training needs analysis, programme design, and delivery, you'll partner with operational teams to upskill colleagues and build vital capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a business or HR degree and a CIPD qualification coupled with experience managing a training team.

We're particularly interested in candidates with exposure to Insights Discovery and leadership development programmes. If you're eager to learn, that's a plus!
