My client is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly team in Solihull.
This is a progressive and expanding law firm with multiple offices throughout the UK. It is known particularly for its excellent standard of conveyancing work and for supporting its staff with real development opportunities.
The Role
You would be undertaking your own caseload of conveyancing matters to include:
- freehold and leasehold work
- re-mortgages
- lease extensions
- title checking
You will have had at least 2 years' experience working with your own caseload and you will be have been exposed to all aspects of residential conveyancing.

- You will be a conveyancer with extensive experience in managing your own caseload
