Customer Service Apprentice - Fixed Term Contract - 2 Years

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join our Customer Service Team based from our office in Hunslet, Leeds. This will be a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship with potential progression. You must be able to commute to our offices in Hunslet, Leeds and our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch.

About the Role

This apprenticeship role will offer variety across all activities with the Customer Service Team. Speaking with customers to confirm appointments and our tradespeople who are out onsite delivering repair works, updating jobs within our MSi system.

We welcome you to come and visit prior to applying and also encourage this following first stage interview.

You will have 20% off the job learning where you will remotely access college/tutor via Microsoft Teams.

You'll have excellent demonstrable interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers and clients, along with a sound understanding of internal processes, with the ability to apply them in working practices.

You'll train to deliver the highest quality service within a specified discipline, working efficiently and safely, in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.

  • Capable of using your own initiative
  • GCSE Maths and English which is grade 4-9 (C-A*) or Functional Skills Level 2 desirable.
