This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a well established IT consultancy in the Dorking area of Surrey. This role is paying £35,000 and will be entirely office based.
My client is looking for a confident and outgoing IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide predominantly internal support but with the potential for some customer support.
Working on a busy IT Service Desk you will be providing remote support to multiple UK sites & work from home staff.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience with:
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- Windows 10 & 11
- Office 365
- Setting up PC's, laptops, printers, mobiles & VoIP
This will be an excellent opportunity for you to widen your skill set and to work with the latest cutting edge technology. In addition to providing IT support, you will get involved with asset management, compliance, Cyber Essentials, software licencing, and pen testing.
My client is based in the Dorking area of Surrey and the role is Monday to Friday 9-5:30 in the office. They have onsite car parking facilities as they are not accessible via public transport.
