- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Creating and presenting financial reports to senior management.
- Providing financial advice to the organisation based on the analysis of financial data.
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Implementing improvement measures for accounting processes and systems.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all financial records.
Profile
A successful Lead Accountant will be :
- Professional accounting certification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proficient knowledge in public sector accounting standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong management accounts skills and budget setting
