Job Advert: Commercial Gas Plumber
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Plumber to join our client's team. As a national organisation you will be working at various locations throughout the country, our client specialises in all aspects of commercial plumbing, serving a diverse range of clients including care homes, restaurants, bars, warehouses, and more.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the successful candidate to hold a valid driving licence, as the role involves travel to different job sites. A van will be provided, along with a fuel card, to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey to each location. Our client is looking for a dedicated individual who is happy to travel and spend nights away if needed for certain jobs. Rest assured, all travel and hotel expenses will be covered by the company.
The role offers a competitive salary between £34 - £38k
Responsibilities:
- Conducting various commercial plumbing tasks in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Performing installations, repairs, and maintenance of gas systems and appliances
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to gas plumbing systems
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with commercial plumbing systems, specifically gas-related installations and maintenance
- Relevant qualifications such as Gas Safe certification or similar
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the plumbing/gas industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
