The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our client's thriving Nottingham office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and clients in one of the UK's most vibrant rental markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and secure new lettings
- Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants
- Manage property listings and update online portals
- Provide expert advice on the local rental market
- Contribute to the agency's business development strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably within the Nottingham area
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- ARLA membership or willingness to work towards qualification
