We are seeking passionate and dedicated Sports Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating athletes of all skill levels. This role involves developing training programmes, leading practice sessions, and fostering a positive team environment. The Sports Coach will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our athletes while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.

About The Role
- Design and implement effective training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all participants are engaged and learning.
- Educate athletes on the rules, strategies, and techniques of their respective sports.
- Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Organise and lead team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to athlete development.
- Maintain records of athlete progress and attendance during training sessions.

About You
- Strong knowledge of sports coaching principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate athletes effectively.
- Ability to motivate individuals and teams while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and athlete records.
- Patience and adaptability when working with athletes of varying skill levels.
