Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (Scaffolding)
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience)

Role Overview: As an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring accurate cost estimation and effective project management for scaffolding projects. Your expertise in the scaffolding sector will be essential for successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate material quantities, costs, labor, and time for scaffolding projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide accurate cost assessments and manage project budgets.
- Utilize your scaffolding experience to enhance project efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor within the scaffolding industry.
- Solid understanding of scaffolding systems, materials, and work processes.
- Strong analytical skills for precise project cost assessment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or related field.
