Practice Manager
Location - Lincoln
Salary - Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Hours - Office based with 1 day per week from home

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Practice Manager to work within a highly successful St. James's Place Partner Practice. This Partner is well established and highly successful.
The Role: Practice Manager
Reporting to the Partner, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the practice.
This will include:
- Providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you and you will inspire others to do the same
- You will be responsible for managing the Partners diary, client meetings, client reviews and the processing of all business through the Practice.
- You will support the Partner with recruitment and develop/train all staff
- You will support and develop Marketing ideas
- A review of current processes and where appropriate introducing change within the business
The Person: Practice Manager
- Senior administration experience, ideally working within a Financial Advisory practice, investment / wealth management environment or in banking / finance.
- Experience of managing workflow, systems and procedures
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation
- Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce
- Experience of managing client accounts and relationships
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Professional and confident in dealing with people, working with total discretion at all time
