Client Service Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients day to day to answer their queries
- Conducting market reviews
- Monitoring insurers performance on behalf of clients and dealing with any issues that arise
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in working in an employee benefits consultancy
- Good understanding of group risk products
- Client & customer delivery experience
