FP&A Manager

The Client

Our client is a multi-site SME offering workspace solutions. They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to provide commercial financial support, manage financial planning processes, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial forecasting and insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Lead budget process and monthly rolling forecast; produce insightful variance analysis.
  • Ensure rolling income forecast accuracy with key stakeholders.
  • Develop monthly board reports, including KPIs, for financial and non-financial performance.
  • Oversee weekly sales reports, highlighting trends.
  • Oversee preparation of management accounts pack.
  • Prepare monthly Cashflow statements and update the three-year business plan financial model.
  • Support CFO with business cases, financial models, and analysis.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide impactful insights.
  • Review quarterly management accounts before distribution to landlord partners.
  • Coordinate and prepare quarterly landlord presentations, clearly articulating centre performance.
  • Manage Assistant Finance Analyst and update financial models for new real estate opportunities.
  • Ensure financial models are clear and reflect potential investment returns.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial planning & analysis.
  • Experience or interest in the property industry and/or flexible space sector.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including financial modelling experience.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable with data manipulation.
  • Ability to clearly articulate key messages and insights.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and operate sensitively in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to write concise and accurate reports.
