We're looking to expand our 180 team and we're looking for some super talent to join us immediately in our stunning new office in the vibrant Spinningfields area which also boasts one of Manchester's most advanced gyms onsite free for all of our team to use!

The opportunity

We're hiring for our 180 team where you will be assisting in the recruitment process of legal professionals for some of the largest and most reputable UK law firms.

Based in Manchester's trendiest new office location in Spinningfields this role comes with some amazing facilities available to our team including free access to the most advanced fitness gyms in Manchester! We also offer a brilliant work/life balance by offering flexible working shifts across the week, remote working at least once a week and dozy days every month!

What will the role look like?

The 180 desk is our training ground for anyone looking to build a hugely successful career in recruitment. You will have recruitment projects ready to work on from the offset with a large number of job roles to fill. Through our bespoke training programme, you will learn how to build relationships with candidates and clients, learn how to consult, advise on current market conditions and provide a solution to their recruitment needs. You will also be busy attracting and finding new talent everyday through our extensive database and resources, job advertising and networking.

Once you're competent in the 180 role we will look then to progress you onto one of our well-established regional teams where your recruitment career will really start taking off and you will become a specialist in your field.

What are the career motivations?

Once you're competent to move to one of our regional teams (this can be anywhere from 3 or 6 months dependent on how quickly you find your feet), you will then be looking at earning £40k+ in your first year, £80k+ in your second year and £100k beyond through our uncapped commission scheme. We also offer quarterly and annual Superbiller rewards with lunches at the city's top restaurants and trips abroad to beautiful destinations such as Val-d'Isère, St Tropez and the Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi!

We operate a transparent career path based on billings performance giving you control of your destiny and giving you the opportunity to progress down the Management or Business Unit Director route. We had 5 promotions across the teams last QTR and we're proud to say that most of our Senior and Management team are people who joined us with little recruitment experience.

What else does the role offer?

  • Super basic salary between £20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience
  • Monthly commission on each placement
  • 33 days holiday with an additional 16 days holiday available through performance and attendance
