- Up to £220 per day PAYE
- Initial contract 12 months until 30th June 2025
- London based - very flexible hybrid - 1 day a week in the office
- European travel required.
Working for a Global Technology company we are looking for an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator with a background supporting international teams and ideally from a leading tech company.
The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential support to the international marketing team, assisting with a variety of administrative and project management tasks.
As Marketing Co-Ordinator your role will involve budget tracking, invoicing and purchase order management, as well as coordinating and project managing specific activations across key markets.
This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organised, proactive individual who can manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to the evolving needs of the team. Ability to travel is essential.
You will also hold a Marketing related degree or qualification.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice and purchase order (PO) management
- Maintain International Team portal on SharePoint.
- Capture results and feedback from marketing activities to curate and distribute newsletters and announcements of international activities
- Coordinate and manage projects across key marketing activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines and that project execution is efficient and effective
- Provide regular progress updates to International Team and key stakeholders
- Provide logistical and administrative support for marketing events, including planning, coordination and on-site delivery.

- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
