What You'll Be Doing:
- Fleet Coordination: Ensure vehicle services, MOTs, and hires are scheduled and completed on time.
- Maintenance Compliance: Track inspections, manage records, and maintain fleet documentation.
- Liaison & Support: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and workshops to keep everything running like clockwork.
- Breakdown Response: Arrange servicing, coordinate repairs, and handle roadside assistance when needed.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Build strong working relationships with clients and service providers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive problem-solver with a solid understanding of mechanical maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in communicating with suppliers, contractors, and workshop teams.
