Description
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely payments
- Perform credit checks on potential clients
- Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
- Negotiate repayment plans
- Resolve queries around outstanding payments
- Prepare reports detailing account statuses
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure credit standards are maintained
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Experience in Credit Control or Debt Collection
- Have good ERP systems knowledge ideally SAGE or SAP
- Excellent numerical skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
