Land & New Homes Associate - £25,000 + OTE £27,000 - Bristol
Our client looking for a driven individual to join their successful Land & New Homes team abased primarily out of their Bishopston office. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of our industrious sales team. Sales or Property experience with strong administration ability and social media experience is essential for this role.
Job Role:
Positively promoting and selling newly built and converted homes
Coordinating & conducting viewings
Negotiating offers, agreeing sale adhering to all AML procedures.
Liaising with developers, customer, solicitors, brokers etc
Social Media Champion for Land & New Homes (inc. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Assisting in launching developments to market
Assisting with market appraisals and pricing up units off plan
Helping with marketing strategy for new developments
Business generation for Land & New Homes
The candidate:
Tenacious and hard working
Excellent time management
Good telephone manner
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships
A team player
Full clean UK driving licence and own car is required.
What's on offer:
Salary range of £25,000 to £28,000 per annum dependant on experience
Own car required with mileage paid. There will also be access to a company pool car.
25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (increasing further upon completion of 3 & 6 years' service).(Pro-rated for part time hours)
