REED Business Support is pleased to be supporting a prestigious client in Newcastle with the recruitment of a Team Administrator, initially on a temporary basis. This role will become permanent for the right candidate.
THE ROLE:
- Supporting the business with day to day admin tasks
- Responding to customer queries over the telephone and via email
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Typing up letters and documents
- Reception duties as and when required
THE PERSON:
- Strong team player
- Able to work in a fast paced environment using own initiative when required
- Proactive
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Competent Audio and Copy Typist
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm – Fully office based.
3 Saturdays per year – 9:30am – 12:30pm
SALARY:
Circa 25k per year
