Reinsurance Technician FTC to Perm

THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Insurance firm, who are seeking a Reinsurance Technician to join their London office, on a fixed term contract to permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Manage a client portfolio, taking full responsibility of technical duties relating to client accounts, premiums and claims
- Monitoring and controlling external reinsurance administrators
- Preparing reinsurance billings and loss advices
- Work with credit control to assist with collection of funds
THE PERSON:
- Experience with Pro Rata Treaty, Excess of Loss and Binder
- Understanding of global processing and reporting
- Understanding of ledgers and strong numeracy skills
- Technical understanding of claims and premiums
