What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules from inception to delivery.
- Create and improve Power BI reporting as part of the Project Management System software.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to modify and prepare production schedules.
- Engage with various departments to streamline project processes and address critical milestones.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and adjust project schedules to enhance effectiveness.
- Provide insightful data analysis and KPI reporting to optimise vendor and subcontractor performance.
We Need Someone With:
- A knack for clear and effective communication across multiple organisational levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the prowess to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Independence in managing one's workload, yet a team player when needed.
- Proficient in MS Project & Power BI and be familiar with Windows-based applications.
- Previous experience in a project-oriented environment, preferably in Manufacturing.
