About the role of Systems Delivery Manager
Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, the Systems Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of technical and system changes for client and business needs and to meet regulatory requirements. The role will also oversee all aspects of system support, including technical, applications and business support, for the business and clients as well as third parties where needed. This role will help to support the delivery of the key aspects of the change roadmap and operating model moving forwards
Responsibilities and experience required for the role of Systems Delivery Manager
- Deliver system changes and development services to meet project timelines and business outcomes
- Provide and support mortgage servicing platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, risk, and business continuity requirements
- Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards
- Accurately assess the impact of system changes and record efforts for proper accounting and cost management
- Customize, develop, and configure systems according to the business roadmap and strategy
- Allocate resources to meet project and business priorities
- Support audits and client on-boarding/off-boarding activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to direct technical changes and support
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews
Experience required for the position of Systems Delivery Manager
- Managing multi-disciplined teams in regulated environments
- Technical and systems design, development, and delivery using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Systems and technical support, including applications, information, BI, and EUC
- Planning and delivering complex projects within tight cost and time constraints
- Defect triage and management
