Role: Project Manager
Salary: Circa £60,000 Depending On Experience
Location: Cambridge With Occasional Overseas Travel (Not Enforced)
Duration: Permanent Role
Shifts: 40 Hour Week

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the progress on multiple projects and co-ordinating necessary actions with the team.
- Collaborate closely with the line manager on customer deployment projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, producing progress reports as needed.
- Review, design, and create engineering drawings for project execution using CAD software
- Oversee system installation, commissioning, and integration,
- Address customer queries and concerns during project execution.
- Serve as the primary conduit between customers and the central team.
- Actively participate in fieldwork for smooth deployment.
- Complete and track required acceptance tests and provide support to deployment teams.
- Travel as needed for projects (option to stay home based)
- Train customers and new employees on system build and installation processes
The Ideal Candidate:
- Track record in project management and engineering in the Oil & Gas industry (or similar)
- Relevant Engineering degree or good level of experience
- Experience with and knowledge of reading and producing detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD & SolidWorks software packages.
- Good working knowledge of Project Management principles (e.g. PRINCE2).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programme, i.e. Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Hands-on team management skills and experience in leading multicultural and multiskilled teams
