Finance/Operations Administrator

My client is seeking a Finance/Operations Administrator to join their vibrant team. The role primarily involves finance work alongside the Finance Manager, who is eager to provide full training. The company is progressive and renowned for being a great employer in the local area.

Ideally, we seek someone with office administration/finance admin experience or a recent graduate.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and handling inquiries
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with business accounts and financial reporting
  • Managing credit control and payroll preparation
  • Overseeing company vehicles
  • Providing basic HR support, including issuing contracts and offer letters, organising office induction processes for new starters, and updating employee benefits
  • Managing customer records
