Location: Office based - Wolverhampton, Tarmac Road and out in the community (must have full driving licence)

Overview:

We have an exciting development opportunity to join our Property Services team and are looking to recruit three Assistant Property Supervisors. The suitable candidate will be offered a great opportunity to further develop their construction knowledge skills by undertaking a HNC in construction or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Manager and Property Supervisors the day-to-day co-ordination of operational activities and to deliver an effective multi-disciplined service to our tenants and customers.
  • Undertake property inspections, identify defects, schedule and plan works, complete dilapidation reports, submit building control notifications, liaise with statutory utility providers and contractors to ensure works are effectively planned and executed.
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction, by keeping customers informed of inspection results, surveys and maintain effective liaison until works are completed.
  • Undertake customer satisfaction surveys investigate complaints and identify resolutions.
  • To monitor the in-house workforce and contractors whilst they are undertaking work, ensuring they are visited on a regular basis to facilitate work in progress.
