An opportunity for an experienced Associate to join the Portfolio Management team at one Europe's fastest growing logistics Real Estate businesses.

The business has experienced significant growth over the past five years and quickly established itself as a market leader with an enviable pan-European portfolio. This has been coupled with innovative investment in culture, people and technology.

The Portfolio Management Associate will join a team responsible for providing value-add analysis of portfolio performance, and supporting senior managers and investors in setting strategy to deliver continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and communicate asset, portfolio and business level performance to country heads, C-suite and investors
  • Collate and produce actionable data insights and strategic updates for multiple regions across the portfolio
  • Support the production and presentation of complex strategic analysis
  • Periodic performance monitoring and forecasting using excel and PowerPoint
  • Prepare analysis for quarterly reporting and support in-person presentations by senior executives
  • Present to key stakeholders including the senior leadership team, investors, lenders, asset managers, and the board
  • Gain an understanding of the company's tenant base, track market trends across the portfolio to understand their potential impact.
  • Understand the systems used to manage and track portfolio performance (Yardi, Tableau, Excel)

Required Skills

  • 4 - 8 years experience as an Analyst with a focus on real assets
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance (or similar)
  • CFA; RICS; or Masters in Real Estate would be advantageous
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills giving you the ability to interpret and translate results of complex analysis into digestible and clear messaging for stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different seniority levels.
