Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting SEN students
- 1-1 support or group work, working with a range of complex needs
- The patience and care that is needed to support children with SEN
