The Role

My client is looking for a social media team lead to build their social offering and department, working alongside lots of creative, digital and marketing resource in commercially focussed role - leading on winning pitches, growing clients and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership, growth, strategy
  • Produce exemplary written materials, proposals and pitches
  • Social media campaigns
  • Excellent client relationships, provide strategic client counsel
  • Concept, recruitment and negotiation, to completion of project.
  • Expert social media knowledge / skills and ability to deliver 360 campaigns

Required skills/interests

  • Fully immersed in Social media industry across of sportswear / fashion / lifestyle industries
  • Ability to bring a wealth of unique life experiences and culture to the agency
  • Understand target markets and defining a specific strategic approach based on insights
  • Be confident of presenting ideas and leading a team in a cohesive and professional manner
