Description
- Process and monitor incoming payments, and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:
- Public Sector and Government background.
- Ability to commute to Manchester.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
