My client is a well-established independent financial advice business are looking for school/university leavers/ Graduate Financial Administrator looking for their first role. They have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages, and some Protections to clients across Hertfordshire.
The business has very ambitious plans to expand and grow organically and they are looking for a Junior/Graduate Financial Administrator to assist with the client side of the business. Assisting Advisors in the preparation of files and records for clients.
Onboarding new client's information onto their system
Great working culture
Acting as the first point of contact for all client communication
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, would be very advantageous
Excellent organisation skills and good work ethic.

The Financial Administrator role would be suitable for a candidate at the beginning stages of their career, who has either some basic knowledge of the Private Client Wealth Management Sector, or who has worked within an FCA regulated environment, or even 6 months plus office administration experience and is looking for a more structured career opportunity.
